SORRY

mom, dad

i'm sorry,

i never been a good daughter

to my siblings,

i'm sorry,

i never been the ideal elder sister that i should be

to my aunts and uncles

i'm sorry,

i never grew up the way you expect me to be

to my cousins

i never grew up from all the childhood games we used to play

to my friends,

i never did listen to any of your advices

to my mentors, teachers and proffessors

i never meet yopur standards for a good student

i have been such a pain in the neck

to my classmates

i have been bossy and at times, not participating

to my org-mates

i never been a good leader

to my colleagues

i never noticed your importance in my life

to my ex- boyfriends

i never been the girlfriend you want to be

to all of my flings

i never intend to hurt you

we considered ourselves as a

'pair of person with mutual understanding"

two words that binds us together

without committments to each other

"less than lovers, more than friends"

you have your legal girlfriend

i have my own set of flings and casual relationship

we both understand, deep inside we care

and we both know, this is how our story would go

we are used with exchanging text messages

just trying to get in touch with our lives

finding out what's going on with each other's life

sharing each other's secrets, tears and even fears

knowing if the spark still flares between us

but reality crips and it do reflects

that whatever we do, wherever we go
